• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Analyze project scope, identify critical path activities, and determine resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify potential delays or roadblocks.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management.
• Conduct "what-if" analyses to evaluate the impact of potential changes on project schedules and costs.
• Assist in the development of project proposals and bids.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and new technologies in project planning and scheduling.
