Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy Development:

·        Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to align with business objectives.

·        Identify growth opportunities and market trends to enhance brand performance.

·        Ensure a high standard of customer service across all locations.

·        Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.

·        Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Marketing Campaign Management:

·        Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

·        Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop impactful advertising and promotional materials.

Market Research and Analysis:

·        Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.

·        Analyze brand performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.

·        Adjust strategies based on data analysis to improve performance and ROI.

Budget Management:

·        Manage budgets for each location, ensuring cost control and efficient resource utilization.

·        Monitor expenses and make recommendations to improve profitability.

·        Track expenditures to maximize ROI and ensure budget compliance.

Performance Monitoring:

·        Utilize KPIs and analytics to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.

·        Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding strategies and suggest improvements based on performance data.

·        Identify and resolve operational issues to optimize efficiency and performance.

Operational Management:

·        Oversee daily operations across all locations within the assigned area.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, PR) to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

·        Provide training and support to staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.

·        Good knowledge of triangle workflow planning in kitchen design for restaurants, bakeries, and cafes.

Sales Development:

·        Drive sales growth by implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.

·        Develop promotions and incentives to boost sales and increase revenue.

·        Support sales teams with materials and insights to enhance their effectiveness.

Quality and Safety Responsibilities:

·        Ensure all branding activities comply with quality standards and safety regulations.

·        Monitor product quality and address any issues impacting brand reputation.

·        Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement improvements and maintain consistency.

·        Develop and enforce safety policies related to promotional materials, packaging, and product handling.

·        Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential risks and address compliance gaps.

Reporting Requirements:

Daily Reports:

·        Sales performance summaries and daily revenue updates.

·        Customer feedback and complaint logs.

·        Inventory levels and replenishment needs.

·        Operational issues and resolutions.

Weekly Reports:

·        Marketing campaign performance analysis.

·        Budget tracking and expense summaries.

·        Staff productivity and performance reviews.

·        Competitor activity updates and market trends.

Monthly Reports:

·        Comprehensive brand performance analysis and KPI evaluation.

·        Profit and loss statements with recommendations for improvement.

·        Marketing ROI assessments and strategy adjustments.

·        Detailed sales growth reports and forecasts.

·        Quality and safety audit results.

·        Strategic plans for upcoming months.

Quarterly Reports:

• Market analysis and submission of the expansion plan.

• Strategic site selection for new branches.

Skills

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, and reading)
