Financial Target Setting:
o Develop and cascade financial targets for the business unit to Sales
and Operations Managers.
o Targets include client acquisition, industries, contract duration, worker
headcount, and revenue.
Policy & Procedure Development:
o Prepare and update departmental policies and procedures.
o Ensure smooth communication and implementation of changes.
Budget Management:
o Prepare and consolidate departmental budgets.
o Monitor operating expenses, aligning them with approved budgets.
Executive Leadership:
o Meet regularly with the CEO to communicate updates and develop
operational plans.
o Align operational plans with overall company strategy.
o Oversee performance appraisals and manage training needs for direct subordinates.
Executive Responsibilities:
Pricing & Competitiveness:
o Approve service pricing, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
o Update pricing according to market conditions and seasonal trends.
o Coordinate with the Marketing Director for promotional campaigns.
Regional Office Planning:
o Establish and update regional office plans, targeting industries based
on market analysis and seasonality.
