Responsibilities

• Manage the accommodation needs of employees and associated personnel.
• Coordinate housing arrangements and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, and utility services to secure accommodation.
• Facilitate the relocation process for employees, including transportation and settling-in services.
• Maintain up-to-date records of accommodation assignments and associated documentation.
• Assist in resolving accommodation-related issues and provide solutions to personnel concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to accommodate company growth and employee needs effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accommodation management or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accommodation management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
