Position Summary:
The Procurement Planner will manage and optimize procurement workflows, analyze procurement cycle times, and support project-related procurement activities. The role also includes consolidating procurement data, preparing group-level reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the organization.

Procurement Planning & Workflow Management
- Coordinate and oversee procurement activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and organizational priorities.
- Develop and maintain procurement workflows to streamline processes across departments and stakeholders.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in procurement workflows to improve efficiency and execution.
Procurement Cycle Time Analysis
- Monitor and analyze procurement cycle times, with a focus on the Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) cycle.
- Provide regular reports on procurement performance, highlighting areas for improvement and tracking progress.
- Implement strategies to reduce procurement cycle times and enhance operational efficiency.
Data Consolidation & Group Reporting
- Consolidate procurement data from multiple sources and entities to create comprehensive group-level reports.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in the preparation of procurement reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on group-wide procurement performance metrics.
Project Procurement Support
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to support project deliverables and milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement schedules with project budgets and timelines.
Supplier Coordination & Relationship Management
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Assist in supplier evaluation and selection processes to enhance supplier partnerships.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements in procurement planning, execution, and reporting.
- Stay informed of industry best practices, technologies, and trends to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across procurement teams.
