Role Purpose:
To develop and implement clear distribution activities in order to drive the Route to Market optimization and sales operation as per best practices from different markets within ASD’s functional expertise.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the RTM to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Prepare reports of RTM timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
- Drive implementation of Sales Strategies to ensure meeting set objectives
-Dedicated to Platinum store project improvement, set up the targets, follow up on execution and analyze achievements in order to set new targets
- Set clear distribution measures/outputs by channel (coverage, ND, WD, OOS, amana, missed call, wastage and other)
- Review RTM models & recommend ways of improving efficiency by channel.
- Lead the development & roll out of systems that enhance ASD’s ability to do business in the channel (handheld, dashboards, etc.)
-Looking for new opportunities thorough existing channels but also through the channels where ASD does not exist or presence is very weak (Out Of Home, medical institutions, schools and other)
- Analyze and develop in-store execution tools (MSL, Planograms, etc.)
- Route optimization in line with market requirements, Company needs and financial effectiveness.
-Keep track of the optimal stores visit frequency
-Analyze service level and prepare proposals for improvement
- Preparing the training/development materials for sales force based on business needs.
- Propose new learning tools and sessions to evaluate people’s capabilities in the respected area.
Qualifications:
- 4 - 6 years relevant experience in Sales including at least 1 year in RTM
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
