PCC is looking for a passionate "Customer Service representative" for Jubail Office. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a critical liaison between the customer, sales, and operations teams. CSR will receive and process routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or customer issues related to orders.
- Confer with customers by phone, mail or in person in order to provide accurate information on products and services, to take orders or register/cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions / transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Run and maintain customized reports and share data with sales team and customers.
- Provide pricing, inventory availability and production schedule information to customers.
- Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
- Partner with sales and operation team to resolve routine customer issues.
- Support sales and marketing strategies outlined by the sales Managers and facilitate joint marketing calls where applicable.
- Track warehouse inventories and update customers on order status.
- Quickly and effectively report all related updates to the customer orders and production issues, maintaining clear communication among all related stakeholders.
- Manage Company Social media accounts thru posting the business major events and activities and any other appropriate news targeting the required sectors.
- Follow any other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties as requested by higher management & supervisors.
