• Leading and managing MEP for ESCO projects from conception to completion.
• Developing Project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Handling the retrofit/ Installation jobs for any kind of Chillers, Pumps, AHUs, and DX units installations.
• Expertise in analyzing the HVAC system and modifying/ optimize the system for more energy Efficiency.
• BOQ preparation for all kinds of mechanical equipment and its installation process.
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Managing project budgets and costs, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
• Supervising and mentoring team members, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards.
• Resolving issues and conflicts that arise during a project.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in MEP
• Contributes to the establishment of the project execution plan, health and safety plan, QA/QC, and other documents as required.

Skills

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in mechanical or similar field.

• 7 - 10 years of experience in the field of MEP/HVAC activity.

• Energy Efficiency experience is highly preferred.

• Exposure in MEP and infra projects

• Data analytics experience preferred.
