- Develop and implement sales strategies for ELV products and services in the KSA market, with a focus on Riyadh and surrounding regions.
- Set sales targets, define sales KPIs, and develop action plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitive activities to adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
2. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors like construction, real estate, education, healthcare, government, and retail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, contractors, and system integrators.
- Expand the customer base by identifying potential leads and converting them into long-term clients.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service and support, responding to client inquiries, issues, and requirements.
- Organize product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions for clients to educate them about ELV solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners, ensuring profitable agreements.
4. Product Knowledge & Technical Support
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in ELV systems and products, and communicate this knowledge to clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure the ELV solutions proposed align with client requirements.
- Provide technical support to customers during the sales process, including system design, solution recommendations, and post-sale service.
5. Project Coordination & Management
- Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of ELV projects.
- Oversee the coordination of product delivery, installation, and integration with contractors or installation teams.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
6. Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to senior management.
- Monitor sales pipeline and forecast revenue, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
7. Training & Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to meet team objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to keep them updated on ELV products and best sales practices.
- Ensure the team has the right resources and knowledge to convert leads into sales successfully.
8. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in KSA.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, proposals, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure proper documentation and contract execution.
9. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers of ELV systems to ensure competitive pricing and quality products.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers for the timely delivery of products and services.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales within the ELV or related technology industry, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ELV systems and technologies such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, intercoms, etc.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous in KSA.
- Networking: Strong network of industry contacts in Saudi Arabia, particularly in Riyadh, is a significant advantage.
- Leadership: Ability to manage and mentor a sales team while driving results.
