RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for PL to strengthen its positioning as a high-quality, affordable brand.
  • Define PL’s value proposition and key differentiators within the market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Project Ownership

  • Lead the project to enhance PL’s presence, including creating brand-level, category-level, and product-level content & communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, e-commerce, and commercial) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all PL-related marketing activities and initiatives.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns tailored to PL’s product range.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Content & Communication

  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for PL’s brand page, product descriptions, visuals, videos, and educational materials.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touch points.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for better visibility and rankings.

Performance Management

  • Analyze sales and market performance data to assess the brand’s progress.
  • Set KPIs for PL’s growth and track their achievement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the commercial team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Partner with the customer service and support teams to gather feedback for continuous improvement.


EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
