Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at a premier concrete ready-mix company, with positions available in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically within the concrete ready-mix industry in Riyadh. The primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their construction requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction companies.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Provide clients with detailed information about our concrete ready-mix products.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the concrete ready-mix or any building material industry in Riyadh.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Transferable Visa.
