Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer - Civil with a strong background in fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring quality execution, and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil works related to fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues to maintain progress and quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to project managers.
• Monitor material usage and manage resources efficiently.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with a focus on fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and fit-out processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in site management software and tools is an advantage.
• Must hold a transferable Iqama and be able to join immediately.
