Responsibilities:
· Design and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
· Conduct audience research to tailor content to target demographics.
· Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports and web copy
· Produce a high-quality, engaging multimedia content (web copy, videos, social media posts, images, infographics, presentation content, newsletters, product descriptions, blogs etc.)
· Build and manage content calendars, written guidelines and ensure timely publication.
· Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve rankings and traffic.
· Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission. You write clean, concise, well-polished copy
· Edit content produced by the team, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, assigning projects and overseeing development and copy-editing prior to publishing
· Continuously measure and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion). Create reports leveraging Google Analytics, and report to stakeholder.
· Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
· Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to ensure articulate consistency and alignment.
· Interact with content specialists, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent message
· Push the business to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of data visualization
· Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
· Research and write content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
· Optimise content for search engines and user engagement.
· Collaborate with marketing/Sales and design teams for content alignment.
· Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and accuracy.
· Stay updated on content marketing trends and techniques.
· Develops and delivers high-quality content, such as text, images, and videos, to support the project's goals.
· Oversee all written content, from product descriptions to blog posts and newsletters.
· Manage all external creative resources including writers, designers, and agencies.
· Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels.
· Ensure all content compliance with company guidelines and standards.
· Develop and execute content marketing campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotions.
· Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data and report feedback to stakeholders.

Key Qualifications
