Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Development Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of infrastructure projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives, to ensure alignment and compliance with regulations.

Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and final project evaluations to senior management.

Monitor industry trends and advancements to integrate best practices into infrastructure development processes.

Ensure all projects adhere to safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

5 years of experience in infrastructure development or project management.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
