Job description:


  • Leads and manages the stations functions to assure that the entire section implements services at or above customers’ standards.
  • Manages and ensures that the baggage systems in the MMMP stations are functioning smoothly to avoid any dissatisfaction from passengers.
  • Manages the operations of the railway announcement systems in the MMMP station to make announcements over the public address systems or communicate with higher authority.
  • Effectively manages a variety of rail services such as station and train accessibility, hygiene and cleanliness, safety, security, etc. to ensure high levels of passenger satisfaction.
  • Manages and implements policies on the ticketing systems to contribute to maximizing SAR ticketing sales.
  • Manages the train scheduling activities and liaises with the OCC team to ensure that there is no interference in the route
  • Oversees the rostering for all staff, irrespective of working in train or station.
  • Ensures all safety protocols are followed in the stations as per the established standards to minimize any incidents.


Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in administration.


Experience:


  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
