  • Oversee the preparation and submission of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
  • Review and approve variations, ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
  • Lead the valuation of works completed on-site and ensure accurate cost reporting.
  • Analyze and forecast project financial performance, including cash flow and profit margins.
  • Coordinate and verify subcontractor payments and cost claims.
  • Prepare and present detailed commercial reports to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks across ongoing projects.
  • Support the negotiation and agreement of variations and claims with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits of project costs and financial documentation for accuracy and completeness.


Skills

  • 20 years' experience, mainly in the contractor's side
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management)
  • Preferred additional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, CCM)
