The Site Engineer position in Al Hamra, Jeddah, is a pivotal role within the Agriculture & Crop Production industry. This position is designed for professionals with expertise in civil, landscape, or architectural engineering who are passionate about contributing to sustainable agricultural practices. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various site projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
2. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
3. Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and other engineers to develop project plans and timelines.
4. Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
5. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
6. Implement sustainable practices in site management to minimize environmental impact.
7. Resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
9. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and team members.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Civil, agricultural, or landscape architect engineer.
2. 5-7 years of experience, preferably within KSA.
3. Experience with any of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects.
4. Experience in landscaping projects.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Proven experience in project management within the construction or agricultural sectors.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
