The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects within the agriculture and crop production sector. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that all aspects of the project align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and adherence to design specifications.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local laws, regulations, and environmental standards.

Preferred Candidate:
- Civil, agricultural, or landscape architect engineer qualifications.
- 15 years of experience, preferably within KSA.
- Proven experience with Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects.
- Experience in landscaping projects is highly desirable.
