2. Manage and update the Company Management Manual and Company Procedures.
3. Plan and supervise Quality System Audits and corrective actions.
4. Assist and provide technical expertise to company units and projects concerning quality.
5. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor Quality Systems during pre-qualification.
6. Allocate quality personnel across projects and duties.
7. Liaise with authorized Quality System Certification Bodies.
8. Train personnel on quality systems, issues, and methodologies.
9. Propose preventive measures and implement improvement programs.
10. Supervise customer satisfaction tools and assist with project execution phases.
11. Ensure proper maintenance and updates of the Company Document System.

Skills

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a QA Management Role within engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
2. Formal qualifications related to QA/QC preferred.
3. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Member of a professional body (e.g., Chartered Quality Institute).
5. Training in internal/external auditing to ISO 9001 standards.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and dependable.
