Role Purpose The Executive Director – Trojena Projects will provide strategic leadership to ensure the successful implementation of regional master plans. This position requires managing diverse teams, consultants, and contractors while driving risk management, compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders. The director will champion sustainable practices and optimize project outcomes through effective resource planning and execution. Key Accountabilities & Activities - Represent operations in supporting the development of Regional Community Master Plans, ensuring alignment with proponents’ objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of Regional Plans and detailed Master Plans, ensuring timely execution across multiple sites.
- Implement procedures for contractor selection and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assemble and manage teams of employees, consultants, and contractors to deliver agreed Master Plans.
- Ensure proper administration of contracts and manage variations in scope of work effectively.
- Oversee personnel resource allocation throughout project phases and ensure optimal utilization.
- Develop and evaluate relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors to enhance project delivery.
- Lead risk management initiatives within the designated sub-region, proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Work with engineering and design teams to coordinate all phases of planning and construction.
- Review and provide insights on sustainability and green initiatives for project implementation.
- Collaborate with senior executives and external stakeholders to identify infrastructure requirements and opportunities.
- Establish and deliver best practices in design and construction methodologies.
- Prepare and present regular reports to NEOM leadership and sector sponsors, highlighting project statuses, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead strategic buildability reviews to enhance master planning and business feasibility across projects.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Experience - 15+ years’ experience in the construction industry, specifically in mega building/infrastructure programs.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian and Gulf construction landscape.
- Proven track record of managing diverse international teams and driving organizational growth.
- Acknowledged leader within the construction sector.
- Expert knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling related to construction.
- to lead and motivate cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities, adept at navigating complex situations.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
