Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead business development and marketing efforts for a high-profile transportation project. The role focuses on crafting and executing social media marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and driving customer growth and revenue.


Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government entities, corporate clients, and private organizations to enhance visibility and usage of the service.
  • Develop tailored offers for specific market segments, including educational institutions and corporate clients.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans to increase brand awareness and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to position the service as a leading travel option in the region.

Social Media Campaigns:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize creative social media marketing campaigns to engage and attract target audiences.
  • Monitor social media metrics and trends to ensure campaigns align with brand strategies and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Manage content creation, posting schedules, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Team Leadership:

  • Oversee a team of marketing and business development professionals, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.

Performance Analysis:

  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.

Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, business development, or social media campaign management. Previous experience in transportation or service industries is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in creating and managing social media campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Solid leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
