Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager - Civil to lead and manage
large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil
engineering and project management, with proven ability to execute and deliver projects on time
within budget, and to the highest quality and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects.
▪ Develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client
requirements.
▪ Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders.
▪ Monitor project progress, performance, and compliance with contractual obligations.
▪ Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on all projects.
▪ Manage and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays or cost
overruns.
▪ Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
▪ Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project updates and performance

Key Qualifications:
• Not below 20 years of experience in civil construction and project management, with a
successful track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles, construction methods, and
materials.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
