Job Purpose
Responsible for developing Quality Management System to ensure high-quality standards in design, construction, and inspection processes. The focus of this role is to plan and lead technical and process audits on all the project functions from start to finish. Also, analyze quality data, communicate with the line manager, and maintain records. As a senior quality manager, supposed to be a key player in promoting a consistent quality culture across the RSG programs and projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the RSG quality management system that meets industry best practices, RSG requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and lead process and technical audits during project development, design, construction, and operations phases
- Track and follow up on all the outstanding internal and external audit findings until closed.
- Organize training (Quality Induction, PQI, NCR/Observation, etc.)
- Support the quality assurance team in the ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
- Monitor and report departmental KPIs that are related to Quality.
- Lead and conduct NCR analysis for the RSG portfolios and issue reports with recommendations.
- Update the Project Quality Index (PQI) system whenever required and organize training for the relevant stakeholders.
- Issue Internal Quality Notifications for non-compliance, as needed.
- Manage the implementation of quality systems and practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the project quality
- MP/PRINCE 2/PMP certified or equivalent (preferred)
- ISO 9001:2015 certified auditor with thorough knowledge of design & construction processes

- Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of working on large-scale complex projects and achieving the highest quality standards.
- Have a solid understanding of the codes and regulatory standards.
- Knowledge of drafting quality documents.
- Inherent and comprehensive understanding of QA/QC aspects throughout the project life cycle.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Able to manage key stakeholders at all levels.
Job Context
Required to support the quality assurance team in developing, implementing, and managing quality management systems across the RSG projects from inception to operations. Must be able to plan work assignments, prioritize tasks, and deliver deadlines accurately.
