Role Description
Position Overview: This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admin & Estimation Specialist at Thomas Bell-Wright Saudi Arabia Ltd., requiring the individual to work directly at the company’s location.
Administrative Responsibilities: The role involves performing various administrative tasks, including managing daily office tasks, coordinating communication between divisions, updating governmental licenses, and supporting office operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Customer Service: The specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Estimations & Analytical Skills: Prepare proposals by reviewing project specifications, developing cost estimates, and drafting detailed proposals with cost breakdowns and timelines. Ensures timely submission, addresses client queries, and revises estimates if necessary, while ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Finance Assistance: In addition to administrative duties, the specialist will support finance-related activities, including tracking financial records such as invoices, PO, receipts, and statements.
