We are seeking a proactive and creative Events and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, managing, and promoting events for SEP's corporate brand and its network of schools. They will also develop innovative marketing strategies, support daily marketing activities, and contribute to enhancing the overall brand presence. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities


Event Management:


· Plan, organize, and execute events for the corporate brand and schools, including open days, community outreach, and corporate initiatives.

· Collaborate with school leadership and stakeholders to align event goals with branding and marketing strategies.

· Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget oversight, and post-event evaluations.

· Develop creative event concepts that engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.


Marketing Strategy & Execution:


· Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote events, school programs, and the corporate brand across various channels.

· Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with SEP’s branding and messaging goals.

· Create content for digital platforms, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates, in both Arabic and English.

· Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.


Team Support:


· Assist the marketing team with day-to-day tasks, including managing marketing calendars, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

· Support the production of promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations.

· Maintain organized records of campaigns, events, and associated metrics.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills:



· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in events management or marketing, preferably in the education sector.

· Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.

· Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

· Ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights for improvement.
