Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy & Business Planning Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, an understanding of the banking industry, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to senior management and business leaders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance and progress against strategic objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank's products, services, and business operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in consulting. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills along strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and models, and to effectively communicate with senior management and business leaders.
Understanding of the banking industry and/or financial sector, including products, services, and business operations.
Experience with financial modeling/forecasting, data visualization, such as Power BI, and ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills a plus.
Certification in a relevant field, such as CFA is a plus.
