We are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Generate new customer base in new/existing sectors
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts and Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
- Designated point-of-contact to manage and handle various clients and accounts and also focuses on fostering a relationship with the clients, preferably long term.
- Analyze client's business and acquire an understanding of their end goals, obligations and other resources to speak for them better while representing them to the internal team.
- On constant lookout for several openings and vulnerabilities in the market to expand a client's business.
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or similar is preferred.
- 3-5 years plus Experience in sales position and with knowledge sales in Wireless communication, switching, and IT Networking in Saudi Market
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales account manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Ability to keep up with advancements of company targets
- Superb communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in directing multiple undertakings
- Exceptional ability to engage individuals in discussions and take charge of the topic
