We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Merchandiser to join our team in the Beauty industry at the Red Sea Mall. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail and a strong understanding of market trends to effectively promote our beauty products. The Merchandiser will be responsible for maximizing sales through strategic product placement, effective inventory management, and engaging visual displays that attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing product displays that enhance customer engagement and promote product visibility.

- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed according to planograms.

- Monitor store layout and product placement, making adjustments as necessary to optimize customer flow and sales performance.

- Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive brand awareness.

Skills

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail or beauty industry.

- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members .

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
