We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Facilities Manager role at King Fahad Cultural Center. A renowned global venue operator is looking to build a highly motivated team to support its operations at a newly refurbished venue in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. King Fahad Cultural Center (KFCC) features a 2750-seat main auditorium and will present world-class productions across multiple genres. With its state-of-the-art facilities, KFCC is set to become a leading venue for cultural activities in Riyadh. The venue will host an extensive range of events leveraging the latest technological advancements.
This role will be responsible for the maintenance, logistics, F&B or Concessions and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees. To ensure the venue environmental footprint is minimized and have a direct relationship with the construction team to manage any defect or commissioning issues. The role will also provide support to the Director in relation to facilities management duties and supervision of service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
- Manage budgets and financial reports related to facilities management, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, renovations, and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for facilities management.
- Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with event management teams to ensure facilities meet specific event requirements.
- Continuously assess and improve facilities management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
