We are seeking a Sales and Operations Supervisor to lead the charge in driving growth and scaling operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the tire industry and a proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize market share, profitability, and long-term success.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain robust supplier partnerships to ensure consistent product availability.
- Website Optimization: Collaborate with tech and UX teams to enhance website features and user experience, driving improved conversion rates.
- Promotions and Merchandising: Lead cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and optimize offers, deals, and merchandising activities.
- Performance Marketing: Work closely with the digital marketing team to scale revenue by:
- Increasing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Driving quality traffic to the website.
- Reducing cost per acquisition.
- SEO and Organic Growth: Partner with the marketing team to boost organic traffic and revenue through effective SEO strategies.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize workflows for Mobile Van and Service Center operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and enhanced efficiency.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Proven experience in the tire industry with a strong record of driving growth.
- Preferred: Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Commerce/Magento, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
