  • Contacting tenants and vendors
  • Follow up and apply on/for requests on all related governmental portals


Skills

Requirements

  • Solid experience in administration / secretary / document control fields
  • Solid experience in knowing and understanding the governmental related processes
  • Solid experience in using related governmental portals (such as Qiwa, Mudad, Gosi, Muqeem, ..etc)
  • Excellent skills in using MS office applications
  • Prefer male candidate / Arab national / Saudi is a plus
  • Diploma or university degree
  • Excellent in both English and Arabic commands
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Corporate experience is a plus
