We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing or brand management, with a proven track record of contributing to successful campaigns and product growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions across channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, R&D, etc.) to ensure brand alignment.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Manage agency relationships for creative, digital, and media requirements.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
