Assistant Brand Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing or brand management, with a proven track record of contributing to successful campaigns and product growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions across channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, R&D, etc.) to ensure brand alignment.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Manage agency relationships for creative, digital, and media requirements.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

 



Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in FMCG brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
