• Collect measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations needed for design layouts.
• Provide clients with suitable design recommendations based on budgets, building locations, and recent trends.
• Create initial design sketches, color themes, and concepts based on client requirements and space availability, and present them.
• Use 3D MAX and CAD software to create preliminary architectural plans and 3D renderings for approval by management and clients.
• Redesign and modify designs based on feedback from management and clients.
• Assist in sourcing products and materials involved in the plans.
• Deliver comprehensive interior design services from design to implementation, including soft furnishing, hard furnishing, and space design.
• Interact with clients and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and efficient client relationship management.
• Supervise on-site/location progress of work.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and construction personnel.

Skills

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior space and commercial design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid experience in interior design (with a design portfolio).
• Fluency in English or Arabic.
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, material selection, custom furniture, and all aspects of installation.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture, with a deep understanding of space planning.
• Strong creative and artistic skills, with the ability to effectively visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Strong project management and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and delivering projects on time.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design software such as 3D MAX and CAD.
• Skilled in common office software such as Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
