The B2B Manager will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth. This position requires a strategic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing dynamics. The B2B Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, establish, and nurture relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Identify target markets, conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, Schools/Government NGOs and other strategic tie-ups and understanding their business goals and needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including local schools and universities, suppliers, distributors, and channel partners, to expand the company's reach and enhance service offerings.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation within the B2B segment.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on B2B sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
• Driving all conversations continuously throughout the process, i.e., cold calls, weekly pipeline update calls and sales strategy meetings, regarding future projected closings
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and targeted lead generation initiatives.
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven work experience as a B2B Marketing Manager or a similar role, with a track record of driving sales growth and building successful B2B relationships.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, account management, and sales funnel optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Solid understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Result -oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Willing to travel extensively both Domestically and Internationally
• Must have a valid passport.
