Sales Professional - Manpower Supply (Construction)

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in construction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors and engineering firms.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals specific to construction projects.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with construction clients.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry or in a construction HR function.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and workforce needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
