Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, develop strategies and achieving sales targets by increasing market share and meet revenue targets
  • Handling sales reporting, forecasting and budgeting and develop and implement sales plans
  • Handling new products and awareness of those products
  • Utilizing professional network opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness
  • Building an appropriate team structure to achieve the company’s objectives and exploiting new business
  • Manage the branches with daily operation activities
  • Coordinate with relevant external stake holders on data submission and accuracy lead and / or contribute to sales at relevant scope

Skills

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with a company in the same position in FMCG for 5 years minimum
  • Computer literate and fluent in Arabic and English
  • A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
  • Having skill to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
  • Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion
  • If applicable, a willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Transferable and valid iqama
