Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT, business process management, or consulting, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Working with Bid Management Office to prepare technical and commercial proposals pertaining to Digital Transformation projects in the areas of Smart Cities, Healthcare, AI.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading digital transformation project lifecycles (From Desing to Implenetation).
- Proven track record in implementing Digital solutions e.g., cloud computing, AI, IoT, automation, data analytics.
Familiarity with agile project management or experience in handling large-scale projects involving IT infrastructure and systems.
2. Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and cloud computing.
- Understanding of data management and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools (e.g., DevOps, API management, SaaS platforms).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other business-critical software.
- Knowledge of technologies related to digital transformation and dealt with suppliers of hardware, software and solutions for AI, IoT, health sector and smart cities
- Excellent Industry Network and Sourcing capability to identify and evaluate Technology partners.
- Excellent understanding of Proposal Writing and Identifying Vendor/Partner Scope of works and Negotiating Technical and Financial Requirements
- Ability to build Business Cases pertaining to projects.
- Ability to handover project to Implementation team
