Job Purpose:

• The HSEQ Officer will conduct inspections of assigned facilities and settings to ensure applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations are being met.

Key Performance Area:

Operational:

• Ensure operations efficiency on the ground operations part.
• Perform truck inspections at customer sites to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Escort trucks as needed to maintain security and operational oversight.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Loading and Unloading:

• Monitor the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Verify that all materials are handled according to safety and quality standards.

Shipment and Material:

• Conduct thorough checks of shipments and materials for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address and resolve issues.

System Updates and Documentation:

• Update systems with accurate operational data and records.
• Upload and maintain all relevant documentation related to ground operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas field.

• Extensive knowledge of factory or Oil & Gas fields QHSE.
• Proficiency with technology and equipment used in inspections.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Presentable.
• Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions.
