Job Purpose:
- The HSEQ Officer will conduct inspections of assigned facilities and settings to ensure applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations are being met.
Key Performance Area:
Operational:
- Ensure operations efficiency on the ground operations part.
- Perform truck inspections at customer sites to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Escort trucks as needed to maintain security and operational oversight.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Loading and Unloading:
- Monitor the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Verify that all materials are handled according to safety and quality standards.
Shipment and Material:
- Conduct thorough checks of shipments and materials for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address and resolve issues.
System Updates and Documentation:
- Update systems with accurate operational data and records.
- Upload and maintain all relevant documentation related to ground operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas field.
- Extensive knowledge of factory or Oil & Gas fields QHSE.
- Proficiency with technology and equipment used in inspections.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
- Presentable.
- Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions.
