Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at WalaPlus, a leading SaaS provider, you will play a key role in shaping our team by driving recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the tech industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that our recruitment strategies align with business objectives and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the SaaS industry, focusing on both technical and non-technical positions.
- Sourcing: Proactively identify and source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific networks, while maintaining a strong local presence.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, ensuring an effective and efficient hiring process.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, helping them transition successfully into the organization.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics and trends, providing regular reports to management to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Employer Branding: Actively promote WalaPlus as an employer of choice within the tech community by participating in job fairs and networking events in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in the tech or SaaS sectors. Familiarity with local and international market dynamics is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for identifying and developing talent.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the recruitment process, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and current trends in the SaaS industry.
