JASARA PMC is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Inspector to join our growing team. As a Site Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality and compliance of construction activities at project sites. You will conduct regular inspections, review project documentation, and collaborate with project teams to identify and address any issues. This position offers an exciting opportunity to participate in high-profile infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence
- Monitor construction activities and document progress, issues, and discrepancies
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide recommendations
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site to protect workers and the public
- Assist in resolving any on-site disputes related to construction methods or materials
- Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on inspection findings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Inspector in construction or a similar field
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant codes and regulations
- Proven ability to interpret and analyze project plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional certifications related to construction inspection are preferred
