Job Purpose

Lead and execute procurement activities for REEF, ensuring efficient acquisition of goods and services while maintaining agility in environmental service delivery through effective vendor management and procurement processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute procurement processes from requisition to order completion.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Conduct market analysis and vendor evaluation.
• Process purchase orders and contracts.
• Handle emergency procurement requirements.
• Maintain procurement documentation.
• Support cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on the requirements.
• Monitor delivery and performance.
• Manage procurement system data.

Policy, Systems, and Processes

• Implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintain procurement documentation system.
• Ensure process compliance.
• Support system improvements.
• Apply procurement quality controls.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Professional certification in procurement is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience
• Environmental sector experience preferred
• Negotiation skills

• System proficiency
• Contract management expertise
