Roles and responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers
Configure and troubleshoot network devices and systems
Implement and maintain IT security measures
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and applications
Provide technical support for Laboratory-related software and systems
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security
Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and operational procedures
Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improvements in IT processes and systems
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions
Handle offline & online sharing folders internally offline local area network & Microsoft knowledge
Handle installation/printer sharing online and VPN configuration for connecting one branch to another with same IP racks setup
Install cable/crimping, cable tracking and tracing, user remote access/CCTV installation
Manage NVR configuration, IP telephone configuration and setup biometric configuration and support
Managing requests through services desk plus sosyetm

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support
Certified CCNA
Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to travel
Fluency in English and Arabic
