Role Purpose: Assist in the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by delivering sales strategies. Adheres to the company mission, vision and values by following the application of a standard operating procedures. Responsible for the delivery of the specific portfolio goals by direct engagement with customers to achieve targets as required by the specific portfolio.
Key Activities:
- Executes daily parts sales activities and efficient sales process by engaging and coordinating business plans determined by the specific portfolio management by following standard sales procedures.
- Performs parts sales activities to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met by following stipulated action in conjunction with the portfolio management, whenever required.
- Execute established credit sales criteria to ensure sustainable sales growth to help the management determines the market size and potential of the customer.
- Responsible in identifying and meeting customer needs and ensuring customers are satisfied by providing efficient service through Guest First mind-set and performing essential obligations as per the contract of employment.
- Coordinates with the Parts Sales Manager and Parts Sales Supervisor in arranging field visitations to customers to generate revenue as per the required performance of essential obligations to ensure customers satisfaction and retention.
- Attends dialogue with Parts Sales team to review and discuss sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular team meetings.
- Submits daily sales performance report to the Sales Supervisor for consolidation, review and appropriate action of the business portfolio management.
- Receives customer complaints and elevate unsettled issues that require support from the Parts Sales team to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Meet with the Parts Sales Supervisor for updates on product knowledge · through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance confidence and performance.
- Follow up with Accessories Department on additional accessories requested by the customers through working closely with the accessory salesman to satisfy customer demands.
- Assist in the year end stock taking activities and ensure that they are done as per laid down processes and are completed on specified time to ensure on time and prompt delivery of parts to the end-users.
- Coordinate the invoicing and payments process by following to the standard operating procedures in order to complete the transactions in accurate and timely manner.
- Send Parts Sales or Credit invoice to Parts Supervisor for immediate release of required spare parts to the customer or guest.
