Document Controller (DC)
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all project-related documentation and records for the projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system
- Collect, catalog, and file all project plans, specifications, submittals, and reports
- Distribute documents to the project team and maintain a centralized document repository
- Track document revisions and distribute updated versions as needed
- Coordinate the review and approval process for submittals and RFIs
- Organize and archive all project records and documents upon completion
Requirements:
6+ Years Experience
Highly Disciplined
Punctual and Organized
Worked on 100+ Million Projects
Worked on International standards and international company.
Ability to work in small team
Diploma in Architecture is plus.
Worked on Procore software is plus.
Degree in any Secretary Major is plus.
Draftsman experience is plus.
Worked in GCC
