Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Freight Forwarding Operations Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end freight operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land).
• Coordinate with carriers, customs, and clients to ensure efficient shipment processing.
• Monitor shipment statuses and promptly resolve any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners, providing updates and support.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and logistics software.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
