Job Summary:
Carrying out all Procurement activities from source to pay and biddings that related to marketing procurements, products and services needed by Leejam’s divisions/ departments, including, event management , media buy, social media &outdoor Agreements and ensuring that they are provided according to specifications, scope of work and requirements as per approved RFP’s that suit the needs of the company, at the best time, quality and prices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and documenting the procurement needs and requirements of Leejam’s different departments along with the specifications and schedules of the required goods and services. This can be done by conducting studies to evaluate these needs, as well as by collecting their purchase orders, and submitting reports to the direct supervisor accordingly.
- Collaborating with the direct supervisor in prioritizing and scheduling the purchase orders according to their importance to ensure that goods and services are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with Leejam’s strategic sourcing objectives.
- Searching and identifying potential suppliers and service providers to expand Leejam’s network by conducting research and communicating with them, creating a list of their details, and submitting reports to the direct supervisor accordingly.
- Communicating with the concerned entities within Leejam to prepare the RFX on Oracle for Requests for Proposals and Quotations (RFP, RFQ,RFT) based on the approved specifications and scope of work of the required goods and services, while also ensuring compliance of Leejam internal policies and procedures.
- Recording and organizing incoming offers and quotations and comparing them, in order to support the process of awarding suppliers that are best suited for meeting Leejam’s best values.
- Archiving and organizing any important documents related to procurement, including purchase orders, quotations from suppliers and others to use for future reference.
- Updating supplier and service provider database and ensuring that all required data is recorded and maintained for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a related field.
