Job Purpose:

Ensuring that the SAP SuccessFactors modules effectively support the business needs of RCU users, operations, and overall business and digital objectives. You will work to optimize the adoption and utilization of SAP SuccessFactors across the organization, driving continuous improvement and alignment with business requirements.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Monitor SAP SuccessFactors application performance availability & optimization.
• Maintain application uptime and execute required maintenance/patching activities.
• Handle escalations from help-desk, and troubleshoot issues and problems.
• Manage relationships with the vendors and providers to ensure that requirements and SLA’s are met.
• Cross-functional collaboration & work closely with technical teams, business users, and other SAP specialists to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors is integrated and aligned with other enterprise applications and processes.
• Collect feedback from the users, identify potential improvements, and document/prioritize them in the product backlog.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Written and Oral proficiency in Arabic & English languages.
• Excellent communication skills.
