- The locations for this job will be in Riyadh, Al-Kharj, and Jizan.
To Lead the merchandising activities and events, to achieve sales objectives, at store level through creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and focus on achieving key KPIs.
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure field team member's attendance and report it at the meeting point, while ensuring route plan compliance.
- Confirm the readiness principles on the system (Device and battery, Tools, Uniform), and ensure merchandising tasks are implemented to the highest standards, to achieve 90%+ in all surprise audits (Rotation, Cleaning, Replenishment, Planogram implementation, Pricing, Isolation (Damage, Expiry and Cut-off Date), BDA Implementation, Backdoor arrangement).
- Ensure requested reports are completed and accurate.
- Proactively report and follow up on any request, to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build good relationships with the Retailers (Section Manager, Store Manager) and with the Sales Team, and to meet their expectations and deliver on Sales objectives.
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
• Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
• Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.
