Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in the fastener industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and account management, with a deep understanding of the fastener market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Sales Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Proactively address customer needs and concerns.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term loyalty.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth.

Develop effective marketing strategies to promote products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the fastener industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong understanding of the fastener market, including product applications, industry standards, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
