*Leadership and Mentorship Abilities:

Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring project managers and guiding cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and balance project demands across a portfolio.

*Project Management and Agile Methodology Proficiency:

Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, with the ability to implement and scale Agile practices.

Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks, such as PMP, Prince II, or Scrum Master Certification, is highly preferred.

*Stakeholder Management and Communication:
